Freeway collision quarter panel damage HELP
I was driving my Camaro and was hit on the freeway.
I called my insurance and made a claim, I then found a good collision shop and they just called me and stated the quarter panel is discontinued. Dose anyone know where to find a new LH side quarter panel for an 02 Z28?

Silver & Blue- 02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO
I do think there are aftermarket panels on the market. Start with Year One.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

wasn't Blackcar one of our member that had car parts for sale for our vehicles? I will suggest you to PM Blackcar and see if he has anything or know someone. I have a warehouse locally that part out Camaros and firebirds. I believe he sells everything on ebay. I can PM you his number and you can find out if he has the panel available and how much will it cost to ship it.

tough to say. considering it's structural due to the uni-body structure design, i'm surprised your insurance company elected to move forward with your claim and not total it. that's good to hear!
the quarter panel section would tuck under the sail panel and roughly tie back into the uni-body structure at the back side of the plastic kick sail plate in the door area and near the rear sail panel section around the tail light area, and just under the hatch strut. it's a pretty good size piece.
also consider checking ebay as well. good luck!

Try GMPartsdirect. They might be able to help you out. With insurance companies, contributing factors are mileage and condition of the car(how the owner maintains the car) determines if the company totals it. Member Ramairgod84 had his WS6 T-boned on the driver rear quarter and the insurance didn't total it. Car's left rear and half trunk were cut out and a donor quarter/half trunk was welded in. Car looks like it was never hit.
