    Fan Temp

I just installed a 160 degree thermostat on my new motor. What should I set each fan at. There is an on/off temp for each one.

I've heard those 160 T-stats don't actually open until the low 170s. So you wanna set the low speed fan to come on a little higher than the opening temp of the t-stat. So some where in the 175 to 185 degree range. the fan off temp temp should be about 5 degrees colder then the on temp.
    So maybe try this:
low speed ON at 185...OFF at 180
High speed ON at 205....OFF at 200

How about 160 & 180 ? You can experiment with them a little.

Good thing I asked! I was going to set low for on at 165 off at 155. Maybe I should stick to setting my house thermostat. lol
    Thanks a lot, Cutlass!

You change the on/off temps in the computer with tuning software. If you told Frost you had a 160 t-stat, then he probably adjusted your fan temps.
