Engine stuttering

Just changed plugs and wires. Motor idles fine but stutters when at a stop light and at take off. Any suggestions? Do I need to reset the PCM or recheck my plug gap?

More info please. Was it doing this before you did anything? If not, the first thing to check would be that you have the plug wires on correctly. It is possible to think they are on the plug, but not exactly.

Did it have the issue befor you changed the plugs and wires? like said above first make sure all of your wires on on tightly, you should hear two snaps when connected. If you still have the issue pull the plugs out and check for gap. Did you gap them or did they come pre-gap'd?
Also check the condition of the wires, make sure there not melted and so forth.

No stuttering before the plugs and wires. I'll check the wires.

Good News! Ole #8 needed another click. My motor was still kinda hot when I changed plugs and wires so I used gloves. I must not have gotten #8 on enough. It clicked on once more when I checked it cold today. Things are smooth now.
