Engine Lift Plates any good?
I'm ready to hoist my LS1 engine and put it in a cradle. In the past I've used metric bolts in the headers for the chains, but I noticed that Summit has a nice Lift Plate that fits in the valley of an LS engine. Is it worth buying? Also, does it bolt on using the valley floor bolts, or can you use the intake manifold bolt holes?
