Emissions due this week.... and i'm throwing five codes??

The codes i'm throwing are P0803, P0430, P0137, P0157. The last code was for the 1-4 skip shift selenoid (I have the # somewhere..). does anyone think that this code alone would make me fail emissions?

I plan to find a shop to tune out the codes as necessary. Is there anything I can do quickly to fix the skip shift? When I had done it I figured it was permanent and wouldn't throw codes.

The 4 codes above are from my two bad 02 sensors... they're both after the cats. therefore I'm predicting that since they're after the cats, the computer thinks that the cats could be bad too, which i don't think is the case.

Any advice guys? I live in Northern CT if you know any nearby shops...

Plug it back in for the emissions test? I did the resistor mod and skip shift light still comes on but not throwing any codes.

From what I hear if the ECM says throws the rear O2 sensor codes you can NOT pass emissions. You need to have them tuned out or get sims.

Any OBD code will make you fail emissions.

When you go to tune out the rear o2's...have them turn off the CAGS(skip-shift)

The cats are known to go bad on these cars so they could be bad...mine went out at 79k

I think i'll have that done, I have a feeling that the codes for the cats are being thrown because the rear 02's are bad and they can't monitor the cats. When they first went bad, it wasn't just the rear 02's... I don't remember why, but I only replaced two of the four that were bad and put the bad 02's in the rear.
