    Elim. Service Engine light???

    I am trading my '00 Z28 in and would like to get rid of my service engine soon light. What would be the easiest way to do that without solving the actual problem? Basically I want the light to not come on period.

    disconnect the bulb i suppose.

    is it sometime seriously wrong? if not maybe jsut clear the codes at an auto parts store like auto zone or something.
