C0550 is an EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) code. Looked it up in my helms and it says to diagnose any other C codes first, if it's the only code then replace the EBCM.

Yeah, believe that's it, not sure if there's a separate module - but plugs in there. Thumbed through helms and C0896 says EBCM operating voltage falls below 9.4V or above 17.4V, check voltage, use scan tool, etc., step 10 says replace EBCM. U1301 says no class 2 serial data messages valid. Module operation requires serial data communication to occur. Don't have a clue what your issue is but I'd check all fuses that have anything to do with ABS or traction control - almost sounds like it's dead or not getting power? Hope this helps....

figured it out, it was the foglamp wire in front of the radiator. There is a connection there that can get corroded. I just cut ot and used a wire connector and BAM no more lights.

Wow, glad it wasn't anything serious. Helms never mentioned anything close but they assume you're using a scan tool during the diagnostics which probably would've helped nail it down.
