Difficulty removing rear rotors
Is there any trick to removing the rear rotors other than using a BFH and letting some penetrating oil soak overnight? I quadruple checked the parking brake and even cycled it several times to verify that the lever was disengaging when the handle was all the way down. With a regular hammer and a block of wood to cushion the blow, my passenger side rotor just laughed at me.

BFsoftHammer.
Specifically a dead blow. Worked wonders for me.

Steel wool.. Use it to clean off the hub in front of the rotor. spray a lil pb blaster on it and as Hipo says use a soft dead blow and off they will come..

Take a propane torch and gently heat inside the circumference of the studs. Then whack the crap out of it with a deadblow hammer. Works like a charm.

Hopefully you don't have a large lip inside where the parking brake shoes sit. Had that happen to me. I had to close the rear adjusters to get the rotors off.

Some rotors had drilled and tapped holes in them and you could use a puller to remove them.
It's not how fast you can go. It's how fast you can get there.

One of the favorite sayings at my shop, "Take the purse off your shoulder and hit that thing."
Sometimes it takes a full speed baseball style swing.

hit it like it owes you money, hit it like a man, and put your man pants on before you swing.

If the BFH doesn't work...eat a can of spinach and try again.
