    Dead spot or miss. help

    Hey guys i have a 99 ws6 trans am. it has either a miss or a dead spot mostly around 2400-2500 rpms when i put a load on the motor like hit the gas about half way maybe alittle more. also it seems to do it worse when its cold. any ideas? i already did plugs and wires

    You haven't noticed your temp guage moving more than normal? If so check your temp sending unit to make sure the wire is connected. I had that problem on my SS it would cut out when it got loose. It would even kick off the cruise on it. Just an idea. Probably like Sarge said a fuel filter.

    Deap spot on TPS sensor. Try checking it with a scanner. Or graphing multimeter if you got one.
