    damn a/c heater fan ticking

Just started tonight...sounds like when you were a kid and put the card in the spokes of your bike. It's pretty damn annoying...do ya think I need a new fan? I was thinking of going in to see if there's any debris under there

I'd check for debris in the box. Don't know how stuff works it's way in there, had small leaves in mine. Just in case you haven't already seen it: www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1366

ok...found the prob, had half a damn trees worth of leaves in there. What worries me is if the leaves can get in there...what about water? The leaves look like they are getting in from the passenger side area, kinda where the hood and the windshield wiper is at...but in the corner. There looks like there's a huge opening there...am I missing something there? ..i'll try to take a pic.
