    Cutout smog question

    Does anyone know if my z28 will pass smog in california if i have a manual cutout?

    Yes you will. If the stock cats are in stock position you will.
    I took mine with electric cutout. It was closed at the time.
    The guy at the smog place was telling me shit about the cutout that it was illegal. He wanted to fail the visual test because of that.
    I told him it was 100% legal.
    Anything after the cats was legal.
    I told him. You fail it. You get in serious trouble.
    He knw I was right.
    He passed it.

    yeah thanks man i have to get it smogged tomorrow and hopefully i wont have any problems.
