coolant recovery tank hose
I drained my coolant and removed the coolant recovery tank and noticed the hose was swollen and soft. The hose is connected to a metal tube that lies under the battery and goes into the coolant recovery tank. The hose and tube are connected by a pressed on band.
Has anybody replaced this? I looked at the auto zone web site and all they offer is the tank, no hose and tube.

The one from the neck of the radiator, right?
Just use store bought hose and a clamp....
no need to re-hardband it....
unless you wanna spend the extra cash...
you need a special tool to crimp a hardband....
