Does anyone know if I need to remove all the plugs before doing a compression check or can I do one cylinder at a time with the other plugs in?

I don't know if it is required but I think it would be. If it was me I would remove all the plugs to be safe.

All the plugs need to be removed and the TB needs to be wide open. You also need to pull the fuse for the fuel pump.
