Complete Tuneup, fuel filter, rear end fluid, tranny fluid and filter.

i agree with whats been said above. hell, my 99 z28 just passed 177100 miles and still pulls like a mother fuckin bat outta hell.

Inspect your belts. Push on your tensioner by hand and see if its excessively loose.

Replace the PCV valve and inspect the lines/pcv for oil.

eh... change-coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, if manual bleed your clutch. clean your throttle body and intake out
