Codes are Killing Me!
I keep getting code 410 416 and 418 which are secondary air injection. I have replaced the air valve on the passenger side and replaced the relay for the system and still get the codes.
I have noticed that I get poorer fuel economy since the SES light came on. Probably coincidence. 80% highway and 18-19 mpg. Last I changed the plugs was 40k ago, and fuel filter 21k. Have not changed plug wires since I got her at 59k, now has 126k.
Any suggestions?

P0410 and P0418 are secondary air codes, think you meant P1416 for the secondary air check valve? Don't think a SES for secondary air codes is hurting your fuel economy - it only runs for a couple minutes on a cold start, then periodically checks itself. Look up the diagnostics for the codes for your year at gearchatter.com

P1416 correct.
I did notice that the air check valve on the passenger side flowed both ways. According to gearchatter, that may have caused damage to something. Just have to find what it is.
