DTC P0158 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2

think this has anything to do with my O2 simms, is sensor 2 the rear sensor?

Yes, sensor 2 is the rear sensor. If it keeps coming back I'd try swapping the sims from side to side, then seen if it throws P0138 for bank 1.

If you swapped them from side to side, then yes, think that sim is toast.
