Yes your plugs look ok but you can't go off a plug reading after 2000 miles on weather or not you need a tune.

If your on a stock tune then Yes you could greatly benefit in added power of a performance tune. The gain you will see will be even bigger if you have added other mods to the motor.

Your ECU is programmed to run at Stoichiometric which is 14.7:1 which is a lean mixture for emissions and fuel milage. So if your trying to read a plug for power then the car would need to be shut off at full throttle after a pass. Coasted off the end of the track and then pulled plugs.
Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

LS2tuner is correct,,,,only a full boogy run and shutting the motor down will give you an accurate reading.

Problem though is running unleaded pump gas doesn't color the plugs properly like the old leaded high octane stuff does,,,,,so plug reading with unleaded gas is hit or miss. You may get in the ball park but you would need a wideband to really dial it in with unleaded gas.

Perfect, and btw, when I pulled a plug at 75K miles, and gapped it, it was within .01 of what it should have been. Our plugs look the same.
