    Catch Can Location!

I installed a Moroso Catch Can/Breather in my TA ... but I have no clue where the best place to mount it is ... I've zip tied it to a few different places, just to mock mount it and everywhere it seems to not clear the hood clearance ... Has anyone mounted it by the front clip brace behind the battery and next to the coolant tube? I'd LIKE to mount it on the passenger side to prevent way more tubing in my already wire/line/tube filled engine bay but this catch can is so damn big!!!!!!!!!

If you have pictures of yours installed, even better if you run the Moroso, it would be extremely appreciated!!!!!!

    Here's where most install them

If you look you will see a bracket that connects to the cylinder head.

See, the Moroso catch can is about two times the size of that, with a breather filter on top. It's seriously MASSIVE. I wish it'd fit there Where it would mount from causes the breather to catch the hood when it's down.

    How big is this thing?

I've seen some that have modified the bracket that holds the A/C drier and mount of it.

I'd say the can itself is about 7" tall and the breather is about 2.5"

Very obnoxiously huge and very round. It's about 4" around.

Mine is 8.5" tall and 2.5" wide and I have a stock hood (non-ws6). And I still have room.

Do you still have the EGR? that may be why you don't have much room.

i just made a curved U shaped bracket out of billet aluminum and used 2 large hose clamps that mount the bracket to the CC and the other side to the dryer

How do you drain that? That is a stealthy location.

I have pics of it from beginning to end if I can just get them from my iphone to this site. Madefrom pvc and a lawnmowerblade balancer. Umm and had some herbal insight ) works incredibly well I should patent that booger! Hoses run throgh near the battery and it nestles snuggly inzide the bumpercover behind the running light.
