The Magnaflow cat's shouldn't be hurting performance that much. I use them in my exhaust setup and have no complaints. Flowmaster is one of the worst mufflers out there as far as performance goes. Changing from true dual's to a single exhaust will also decrease your performance. I would go with some LT's and get a different Cat-back IMO. Leave cat's in there so it doesn't sound too raspy IMO
2000 SS M6 New setup - LS2 402 w/a MS3 Cam and Ported 243's. Fast 92mm Intake, P.T.I. 92mm TB, Pacesetter LT's, Catted Y-pipe, MagnaFlow Cat-back, LS7 Clutch Kit, LCA's w/Relo Brakets, SFC, PHB, !egr, !a.i.r.
