    Car isn't starting, please help...

This is getting very frustrating, and expensive...

Ok, this started a few weeks ago and has gotten progressively worse )it won't start at all now). It started off as the car not starting once in awhile. It wouldn't start, but if you kept turning it over it would start eventually.

The car is turning over, but it's as if the engine isn't getting fuel (not starting). I check the fuel rails, and there is pressure there.

Today, I checked the next logical thing...Spark. I replaced the Spark Plugs, Wires and swapped all of the Coil Packs from my El Camino. Still nothing.

Here is a short video of what it sounds like:

Please help me out here guys, I'm really frustrated and I honestly don't have the money to pay a shop $100 and hour to rip my engine bay apart looking for the problem.

I know you wrote that you checked it but what's the actual fuel PSI at the rail?

I didn't meter it, but it was strong enough to spew gas over the side of the car and onto the underside of the hood.

That could happen even at 40psi...which is way too low. It should be around 57-58...much lower then that and it won't run all that great. If it's low i'd look at the regulator or the pump.
