car cranks but no dash lights and no fuel

my 01 trans am will not start the dash lights do not come on except security but it goes off like normal no gauges work car will crank but no start just replaced motor been through the wiring countless times double checking stuff what am i missing

You have got a wire crossed or loose ground somewhere...
Try digging up the schmatics for your car to trouble shoot...

i had a frind at the track with a no start condition with no dash
lights or gauges the culprit was a blown gauge fuse located at the fuse panel on the left side of the dash when you open the door. he was up and running in 5 minutes !!!
