Cam Swap help

Im going to finish up my cam swap today (magic stick 3) does anyone have any tips or help for me to keep it runnin good enough to get it back to my house for tune its mostly highway........

there should be lots of people who can do you a mail order tune to get you started...or maby you can limp it to a speed shop? or trailer it there for a dyno tune which it will desperately need!@!! and what all did you swap when you did the cam...shoulda done cam,lifters, timing chain,springs,lock,retainers,

yes I did everyting nessary for the swap I wanted to try to drive it home if possible because i have a guy that is going to tune it but i wanted to try to get it back to my house. I can get a trailer if nessary.

Well got it done last night bout 2am first start it stalled second held the throttle a little then it idled pretty good then drove it home did'nt even stall with no tune. now its gettin tuned.
