    Buying parts from LS1 ?

I just had my 2000 Vette at the local dealership for a long lingering recall problem. (Steering Locking Column recall #04006. The tech recommended that I order a relay from LS1 and replace it myself rather then have the dealer do it. Problem/Question, I am now registered here on LS1, but have no idea on how to order the part or the part number its self Is there a hidden phone number to the pars ordering dept.
Hope some one can help me, I am afread to take my car out for a drive now until I can get this repair.
The dealer has more or less said Too Bad, that the recall was done and they are responsible any longer.

thanks in advance for the help.

Try our sponsor GMPartsDirect(bottom of screen) to find the relay and the corresponding part number.

what you need is the column lock bypass...... pretty sure none of the sponsors here carry it. Thunder racing has it......search column lock bypass there. It's $49 and bypasses your column lock....known issues on those cars.

And to clarify, this a tech website not a parts website if that's what your dealership guy implied.

As the guys already did, we'll point you in the direction, but we don't directly sell the parts.
