    00 Z28 sold :-(

    burning smell at WOT

    after a minute or so after going WOT i can smell burned oil...is this common with ls1's? i did notice a little oil on the threads on my 7 plug...but the actual plug was burning clean. I was thinking is prob a worn ring...just looking for ideas..thanks

    do you use an oiled air filter......if you use too much oil it can be burning on the intake side of the motor.....fwiw

    i think i'm gonna try putting in a catch can for the pcv...cause the smell is mainly there when i hit it hard
