buddy with rsx

i helped a buddy tonight install a race header, cold-air intake, and cat-back system on his 2003 acura rsx type s. he says that his car with those mods is running mid 13's. well if that's the case then he would be outrunning some stock ls1's. i have a 98 T/A and when i ride in his car it doesnt feel as fast as mine. are those cars really that fast with those mods??

could be, but i doubt it. more like 13.9-14.3-my guess

I doubt mid 13's. Only a visit to the track will tell.

They can run high 14's stock so with H/I/E then who knows. If he can drive it right then anything's possible. Technology is a bitch....

Probably more like low 14's.
How would he know anyway? Y'all just installed it "tonight" (last night as I respond), and instantly he knows it runs "mid 13's"?

he said he's done research and that is what they run with those mods, but i dont know anything about ricers so i didnt know if that was possible. he said he is putting down about 200whp and that he should be in the mid 13's.
