Brake Torque Settings

I'm about to change my rotors and pads, but I'm trying to find the torque settings for all that is required e.g. Wheels and Calipers. What would be brilliant if anyone has a step by step guide for gen4 camaro 1999 Z28. I've found one which is close, but it's based on a pre 1997 model upgrading to LS1 brakes: http://www.fbody.com/tech/details.cgi?id=30

100ft/lbs. for the wheels, not sure on the calipers.

I post this up from time to time. I guess I should just sticky it. Print off a copy of this and have it lamenated and hang it in the garage. That's what I did. Comes in pretty handy.
