    Block and Wire Harness Compatability

    The crank timing sprocket split on the 2001 Silverado Vortec 4.8 DBC engine I put into my son's 68 C10 . Not knowing the internal damage; can I use the same wire harness and PCM from the 2001 Silverado on a 2004 Avalanche 5.3 DBW block utilizing the Silverado's intake manifold with DBC?

    Did some research and found the reluctor wheel is different as well as the crank pos sensor.
