Block strength LS1 vs. LS6?
Just wondering...im from the mustang world. Some cars got the LS6 block and intake after 01 right? What advantage does the LS6 give over the LS1 block?

really depends on the year. The early LS1's don't flow oil as well as later LS1/LS6's due to the oil ports on the back of the block and no windows in the mains. Also easier to go to the LS6 style pcv on an ls6 block since you don't have to shave the block under the valley cover.

LS6 style PCV and intake manifold is the biggest improvement. Even the valley cover PCV still sucks oil, though. Catchcan is always a good idea.
