Best way to remove vomit smell?

Last night i was taking a drunk buddy home and he started throwing up in my car. Long story short we went to the car wash and i washed it all out and off the side of my car and i ended up leaving his drunk ass there because he pissed me off. But the smell is still there.... How the hell do i get this out?

If you have, or, know anyone that has a home carpet shampooer, borrow it. Use the upholstery tools to deep clean the seats and carpet. Put some Oxyclean in the shampoo container with the shampoo and make sure to saturate the seats and carpet well. As well as sucking up as much moisture as you can when your done.

    Then, like said above... Fabreeze.

    That should do it.

Any interior cleaner should do the trick. Mothers, meguires, armour all, etc.

Well then, I would use a leather conditioner/cleaner and just keep going until the smell fades.

And also, the fabreeze will help.

Make sure you get the threads in the seats clean.

I would still shampoo the the fabric on the door panel.

    Good luck.

had some drunk chick blow chunks in an old car 5 yrs. ago. Not the trans am, never took it out when there was alcohol involved. any way I had it cleaned by a professional car detailing company. $150 worth. The smell came back after a few weeks. They hit it again but every couple months it always came back. Then when summer got here, you could hardly stand to get into it when the windows were left up in 90 degree weather.
All I got to say is good luck.

I guess it depends where the reversed digestion landed... You're going to want a cleaning product that kills as good as bleach, but does not stain. I'm not to sure what's out there for that since our dealership buys that kind of stuff in bulk (simple green maybe?) You then want a superior shopvac to get all the moisture you can out.

My ex had an stomach explosion in my Camaro... landed inside the passenger door panel pocket and filled it up... I was pissed!!! But it was somewhat easy to clean.

I am surprised no one mentioned leaving the windows cracked open a lil after cleaning the interior. I did this with my GTO as there was a lingering cigarette smell when I bought it. Left the windows slightly open for a few days while at work and got one of those Black Ice air freshener trees and hung it on my seat belt buckle so it was pretty much under the seat. Worked for me.
