Best lowering spring/shock for daily driver...

Are the Strano 1.2" drop springs with Koni 4/4 the best handling & best ride quality suspension for the 98-02 f-car? I am considering SLP/Bilstiens as well & are $400 less...is it worth the extra $$$ if I don't autocross? Just a daily driver.

I have to agree with Mr Lous
While the billstiens will do the job. Because they are not designed for use with lowering springs, You will be shortening their lifespan.
Mine is a DD and I have Strano's Springs, Swaybars and Koni 4/4's and the car is truly a joy to drive. No more jarring impacts the car is just firm and composed in all situations.

The 4th gen rears adjust from the top inside the car with a supplied knob.
The Fronts are adjusted with a small allen wrench via a window near the top of the shock. You just need to make sure these windows are accessable through the springs during installation. A baseline setup can be done prior to assembly, then you can fine tune it to your liking.

I have a set of strano springs with kyb adjustable shocks on my dd. I talked with Steve Strano and he said they would be best for price. I have had them in for two years and just now had a problem. I bottomed out on one of those one way spike strips, no I was going the right direction, it punched a hole in my tranny pan. works great at SCCA racing and playin around the backroads but I do have to be mindfull of where I am going. Sometimes I wish I would not have dropped it but when I am carvin corners at speed I can't help but smile and thank Strano for my setup.
