I run ceramic on mine. No squeal and VERY little dust.
extreme dimensions, driveshaft shop, harrop, hid(35watt/6k) lows, hurst, k&n, led fogs, maverick man, mishimoto, nitto, revshift, slp, stern st-1, smoked sidemarkers, whiteline poly radius rod bushings

IM a Fan of ceramic, Low dust and low noise. Not many brake pad brands "squeal" if instailed correctly and the rotors are turned and everything is lubbed up correctly.

Hawk or carbotech, my Hawks (Step above ceramic) are a little more aggressive than the stockers.

Another vote for the Hawk HPS pads, quiet, very low dust, kind to the rotors.
Stay away from semi metallic pads, they are very harsh on the rotors and will wear them out faster.

My car came with Red Stuff pads and when they wore out I replaced them with Wagner Thermo-Quiets. Feel the same as the Reds. I'm pleased.

the main reason for the squealing is a vibration between the pad backing and the brackets and caliper if caliper grease is applied it will decrease if not eliminate the noise.
i have semi metalic on mine and they are horrible with dust but make no noise at all
