    Awkward window motor situation

In my 99, the passenger window motor has a problem where the button on the drivers side doesn't work it unless you hit the one on the passenger side first to make it go down but it's fine going up. Anyone one have an idea of what electrical problem this could be? I did a car fax report on this car a couple months ago and the same problem was on there and was fix by a mechanic in 02. I am also going to be looking for new window motors. Anyone know where to get aftermarket reliable ones?
