ASR, ABS and brake lights on.

My car is a '99 SS Camaro. After a few minutes of driving all 3 lights come on. They always clear on re-start and come back on after driving a few miles. I have done searches and I'm not sure.

I did put new rims and tires on the car and it started since then. I saw someone ask this on another post but never saw a response. The rears are about an inch taller. Is this throwing off the wheel sensors? Would a Diablosport tuner adjust for the tire size and stop this from happening?

Yep the tire diameter and circumference difference is causing the problem. I don't believe a tuner can correct this.

So there is no way to correct it at all?

Nope, I think you'll have to choose between your current tire combo or ABS/Traction control.

I'll take the 305/40/18's! Thanks for the help Cutlass. I'm surprised there is no "fix" for this.

yah as far as I know, all the handheld programmers and tuning software out there can only modify the engine computer, and not the ABS computer

You can change tire size and gear ratio settings with a programmer.

That only fixes the speedo and odometer, not the ABS

Correct. You must have tires that are the same circumference/diameter. Look at the tire listing and sizes and select the right combo. For instance if you have 295 35 18s in the rear you need 255 45 17s in front.
