    Anyone know how to trick the PTDS?

    I have a 2001 6.0 lq4 that is going in an offroad truck with no BCM and I'm getting error code P1626 theft deterent enable start signal. The engine starts runs for about 3 seconds and dies. Is there a way to bypass or trick the theft deterent enable start signal?

    either remove it with tuning software or take it to a tuner or buy a square wave generator off ebay and connect it to the ecm.
