    anyone got any ideas ?????

I just changed my plugs and wires due to error codes for multiple misfires. So anyway I changed them and put on new magna flow cat back while i had it up, sounds great no ses on but I really seemed to go through alot of gas and seem to have slight power loss ( it seemed harder to break tires free) just wnt to know possible causes..... Is it possible I need a tune due to mods I bought the car with no funtional ram air and have since added on the ram air with slp lid, and the cat back exhaust?

Doubt that you would need a tune for just that. Maybe your o2 sensors are on their way out.. as well as the fuel filter..

how many miles on the car? O2's are kind of like spark plugs, they just have a time when they should be changed. Notice any extra soot in your old exhaust tips? O2's really shouldn't effect your cars power at WOT though. They don't factor into fueling at WOT.

One thing I would look at first is to clean your MAF if you haven't cleaned it for a while. This becomes even more important if you run an oil based filter like K&N.

    Post Suggestion...................

Upon doing exhaust and starting up your vehicle, the vehicle should have idled very rough as the vehicle system readjust itself. The battery should have been unhooked and hooked backup up to reset the System for adjust.

Replacing fuel filter is viable at 55,000 but not a big necessity. 100,000 is a definite to change it. I doubt the replacement of that part will assist with the gas or acceleration. I would Seafoam the vehicle. Do a search on this site. I found that helps the most to clear out the the burned carbon on the valves where it will increase acceleration and burning efficiency. Drop a can of seafoam in your fuel tank as well.

    Post Seafoma Instructions

    Here is the Link:

    http://www.seafoamsales.com/products.htm

One in the gas tank, half brake boot, and the other half in the oil. Drive the vehicle for 1,000 or so miles then dump it out. I also suggest you get the spray or some other throttle body cleaner and spray out the debris in your throttle body. Seafoam also makes a spray cleaner for that purpose.

Kragen or Autozone should have it in stock. Napa has Seafoam for a higher price.
