So if I understand, your Evaporator core freezes up (covered with ice) and the AC blows warm air. That usually means the AC is undercharged or the Orfice tube is bad

no the voltage problem is most likely a different issue.
And no the AC compressor is probablly ok. You need to find out if your car is low on R-134 refrigerant. Thats the most likely cause.

Belt could be pretty worn/slipping? That could cause both of those problems. But imagine it would have to be rather noticable auidibly.

Is your belt making any noise?

2 different belts on the car. Alot of times thats the voltage regulator on the alternator. May need to replace the alternator sometime.

    Benner come come come

my volt amper front of me its not stable , when i drive early in the morrinng the volt above 13 around 13.2 or 13.3

but after few min it become down until the head of first red lines

and when i push the race it become littiel before 13

acutlly after 30 min driver its never come to 13 v again only when the cat it was cold in the morninig

as that i do the test for the alternator , after i start the engine i was isolate the positive cable of battery the car was not stop that mean the alternator working!

    what do you think?

    and what belt you mean?

Pulling the cable off the battery when the car is running is not good. Does bad things to the electronics. Do you have a multimeter? The charging issue could be a bunch of things. How old is the battery? Check all of your battery connections and if you can have your battery load tested.

sounds like you may have a weak alternator. You should test it with a volt meter to make sure or have a the alternator tested by someone.

Without testing, I can't say for sure that it is weak but it sounds like it is. Find a very good quality replacement if you want to replace it.

    RE: the AC freezing.

They all do that in KSA type temperatures... I live in Dubai and my Transam will freeze after maybe 50 mins in the summer. Just turn the ac off for a while (it will stay cold while the ice is there) and turn back on when it starts to heat up.

The AC is not really up to 50 deg. C... (and mine is a black T-top arrrgh...).

RE: AC issue. I had this happened to me when I drove on the highway from Orlando to Miami in FL. About 3/4 of the trip the AC stopped flowing cold air. When I got to my desination I sshut the car off and after like 1 hour when I tried again it worked fine. I was driving steady 110 mph on the turnpike.

I had other long trips but I never had the issue anymore... I checked the R134 and it was reading around 32.
