AC Delco Battery warranty?
I purchased an AC Delco battery from the Chevy dealership here in town about 4 months ago. I thought the battery was bad, so I took it in to the dealership and they confirmed that it was a bad battery. Here's my problem....they need the original receipt (of course they didn't tell me this when I bought it), I have either misplaced it or thrown it away. Are there any other options or am I just out? I have called other dealerships and they want a receipt too.
It was also a cash over the counter sell so my name is not on file.

Dealerships will need some kind of confirmation of the sale to keep the warranty valid. If you don't have any paperwork, you're going to have to pay out of pocket for another one.
