6 Month Old Spark Issue (HELP!)

I wrote this thread 4 months ago and this was the way the car (95' LT1 Z28) was acting at the time:

"Been having this problem for the past 2 months now and havent been able to drive the car for fear of getting stranded. Most of the time, the car will start and run normally for 10 minutes or more. During this time, the car runs flawlessly (no miss, rough idle or anything). At some point after that, the engine will completely quit without any sort of warning. Sometimes it will start back up and run fine, then quit again the same way, or it wont start back up at all. Had it out the other day, it lost power, backfired, regained power and then stalled a minute later."

Now the car is sitting in the driveway and will not start whatsoever.

Where do i go next trying to track down this issue. I have already replaced:

    - Opti distributor (cap and rotor looked fine and were not replaced)
    - Spark Coil
    - Ignition Control Module
    - O2 Sensors

I have checked and verified that these properly work:

    -MAP Sensor
    -TPS Sensor

If i remember correctly there is no spark whatsoever at the coil.

Someone please give me some advice as to what to do next. I havent driven the poor car in months and because i recently had my ACL repaired, i cant drive my 6-speed WS6

Replace the opti cap and rotor.
ALWAYS replace the cap and rotor while you have the parts in your hands. Do Not skip steps.

I never bought the cap and rotor, if i had i would have replaced them as well.

How would that lead to no spark at the coil though?

hmmm no spark at coil tells me that there is no or not enough power getting there for some reason, it almost tells me that a relay or wire has let go, at the extream end mabey ecu

I saw a thread somewhere that sounds just like this and even had pictures, just don't remember where but the gist of it was melted wiring on passenger side of the engine. Wiring was inside a cable protector that was insulated with silver reflective wrap. You may want to look around a bit.

I had a similar problem, but in my ls1, and it was my ignition relay. I also had a similar problem in my old tpi, it was a fuseable link that burnt through. I would suggest getting ahold of a wiring diagram and follow the power through to find out where your problem is.
