Flush coolant, Change Tranny fluid and filter if Auto, Fuel filter, Clean MAF and Throttle body. Change rear end fluid and you have the others covered.. If you have Long tubes i would say go ahead and change out your 02's if not than dis-reagard.

Pull your brake caliper pins to clean and re-lube them with synthetic caliper grease. You can also vacuum bleed your brakes to purge the old fluid. Certainly not required maintenance, but if you have the time these are two items that a lot of owners overlook.

Buy some "MAF" cleaner, you can get it from your local parts store, CRC makes it. You can remove the maf to clean it, just be sure not to drop it or touch the terminals on the inside of the maf.
For the throttle body just get some throttle body and intake cleaner, I wouldnt remove the throttle body to clean it, what i normaly do is just spray it down real good, then hold the blade open and clean the inside, use a lint free towel and make sure its debris free befor you stick it in the throttle body.

I'd suggest checking your pinion seal too. I had to replace mine not too long ago (00' WS6 with 41k)
