well for my problem i have a 2000 z28 camaro i just bought yesturday i live in canada so its pretty cold already i drove 3 hours to pick this car up for a steal of a deal than take it home and park it for winter , last night i left it in my yard and it went to about -20 to -25 now it wont start you can turn it over and it just clicks like the starter isnt getting enough power but i boosted the car so i can at least put it in my garage but no start and its at 13 so there is good power ..... any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks!!

Sonds like the starter might be bad. I would check the relay first. Then check the voltage at the starter. If you've got voltage, the starter is faulty.

Take a look at the battery connections and the starter wire harness that drops down just inside the passenger wheel well. Look for corrosion or any heat damage, especially if the car is equipped with long tube headers. Clicking is generally a sign of a weak battery or poor connection.

I wonder @ what temperature the fuel freezes, or for that matter if ANY of the fluids were affected. I know alot of people in extreemly cold weather have engine block heaters, and also bring their batteries inside to a warmer temperature.
I have a friend in N. Michigan, who heats his garage to 50F in winter, and does not leave his vehicle outside.

As said above i would first check the relay and the connection from the battery to the starter. Also there has been times when i was stationed in Alaska that starters would draw in moisture from the cold temps outside while running then freeze up when parked.

I would definitely slap an electric heating pad on the oil pan of any car hanging outside in temps that low and keep it plugged in. Yikes!
