Need help if someone knows... right behind the passenger front tire an intertwined blue and yellow wire is hanging down to the pavement (Broken Off). Where does this wire hook up? I have 2 lights on.. ABS INOP and TCS OFF (although I havnt turned it off) I believe it's related.

I could trace it down but it would take more time then to ask here from someone who probably knows.
