i'm throwing codes: p020 below threshold bank one and p0430 below threshold bank two , arethese the after cat 02 sensors? what are the best ones for replacement? i have an american racing catted "Y" with 30k on it an ls6 with 5kmiles on it and 70k miles on the 02s replace 02s and not worry that hi flow cxats are ok? i've also heard that covette 02s will work because they have longer pig tails and i can get rid of my wiring extentions that came with my catted "Y" ?? thanks ahead of time, "old man"

catted y pipes are high flow, meaning they are on the fringe of setting a effiency code even when the cats and o2s are operating properly.it is possible your o2s are fine but the cat's flow value is greater than the pcm's programmed perameters will allow thus triggering a effiency code.you may have to have the rear o2s tuned out to remedy the issue.

also, mine was throwing p0430 before i installed my headers, turned out to be a hollow cat on bank 2.not saying your cats are bad, just food for thought.
