[B][/B]front baer eradispeeds and hawk pads making noise! need help

put new baer eradispeed rotors and hawk pads on all four corners, but the front make a loud rumble when i ease off the brake pedal, almost sounds like a grinding / rumble noise as if there was air in the line? the back is fine no noise at all. when braking from high speed i get a little whinning noise from the front, but the loud rumble when sitting at a light and just easing the brake pedal out is driving me nuts. can any one help?
i followed the bed in procedures correctly. i was told that the pad likes to grip and thats all it is but i find it hard to believe because the back isnt doing?

Did you "turn" the rotors befor you put them on?
