Weight reduction
Im curious on how much you have to take out to start shaving tenths off your time. Is there a general ratio like every 50 lbs ~ .1?

Haven't weighed it this year, since the new k-member and other stuff... The scales were broke at MD when I wanted to, but I'd guess around 3400 lb ...
