Frank Hawley Drag School

Spent all day Friday at Gainesville Raceway at the Frank Hawley Drag School.....it was freakin' awesome! My buddies at work pooled together to get this for me for a going away present, due to my upcoming relocation to Houston.

You drive a Super Comp Dragster with a 572 C.I. Chevrolet....it is so fun. The car is throttled back to keep it tame enough for everyone to be safe, there are many different levels of drivers who participate. The cars are capable of running high 8's @ 160, but these are limited to around 11's @ 120.

My best run was 10.936 @ 124. It is a Pro Tree, that is the first time for me, it was a great experience!!
