First time at the track in new camaro

Took my Z28 to the track today. My first run was the best. Ran a 13 flat with a 108 trap speed. Mods are K&N intake kit and flowmaster catback. Also my car is a 6 speed. Not bad for nearly stock on street tires id say.

wow ur running a 108 trap speed with an intake and catback? and a 13 flat with a 2.1 60 foot? there has to be more ur not telling us? weight reduction? gears? something... u ran with street tires...so there has to be something else

Nope. I think i just got lucky and wound up with one of the stronger running LS1s, i wouldnt call it a freak car though. There was a guy down there with an LS1 GTO, with just a catback. We both ran the same times, and his cars considerably heavier than mine of course. Now thats what you call a freak LS1. Ill try to post my timeslip later on if i can.

my old friend had a 00 ss m6 with the only mod being headers, and ran a 13 flat. good run man.

theres lots of cars fast w/ a few mods. not totally uncommen. i did 12.901 same mods with all the free mods and street tires.
