best way to get low 11's from a DD

whats your ideal way to run low 11's in your dd
    heads/cam?
    n20?
    FI?

the car is gonna be driven every day, rain or shine. and cant be to harsh in traffic. long trips and all

i dont wanna start buying parts then them not working for me later down the road.

i want to keep the shift points around 6500rpm, i DO NOT want to do work on the bottom end, but im 19 and i dont know witch path would be best for me.

the trans is being rebuilt and beefed up, and the ls7 clutch is going in.

    please help.

11's are easily obtained from a naturally aspirated motor and slightly modified chassis/suspension.....been done many times man.....you need around 500-600 RWTQ and get it to the ground....nitrous will save you some money and maintain a daily driver friendliness to the equation...

You could do it with some bolt-ons and a 75 shot.

Don't even need heads or cam to break an 11...just a full exhaust, tires, small shot of nitrous and maybe a couple of other things...you're there.

    a gto weighs more than a f-body.
my car weighed in at 3380, no weight reduction.

a 150 shot with a 3500 stall and traction will put him in 11.20s-11.40s. ive seen it personally.

Thats impressive times on a stock 10 bolt. I figured it would have broke with all those mods. If this is a common occurance then thats great for me becasue Im kinda afraid of braking mine with my new cam and my 3600 stall.

autos are more forgiving than mauals. or is it the driver's of each car? poeple with manulas tend to shock the rears harder due to dumping the clutch. there are people that run 10s on stock 10 bolts. on jan 21st, i hope to be added to that list.

i drive the car on the track. she drives it the rest of the time. nitto 245/50-16 is what i've run so far. for the jan 21st track rental, i'll be using MT ET Streets 26x10.50-16
