    best 60' on 245/50-16

what is the best 60' time someone has been on a 245 series tire. street, dot drag , or slick. doesn't matter.

seeing what i should shoot for and what is possible with the 245 nittos i run. A 1.59 would be awesome but i'm not sure if mine will get much better than a 1.65.

so far a 1.74 is my best, but that was only my second run with my setup i had, and since then i removed 110lbs off the front tires and got an aluminum driveshaft. I have heads and am buying a cam so that will give me more power off the line and we'll see if i have traction issues. I love pulling up to oldcars with 11.5 slick and hole shotting them

No I don't have any with those tires but I don't think I pulled the tires. I'll vid this weekend I'm running on 26 8.5 m/t slicks maybe then but I'm on stock susp. so I doubt it you need a low gear and goo susp.

I have the sway bar removed but thats it for now. I did pull the front left about 3" but it was up and back down so fast you have to really watch the vid to see it.
