13.2-13.5 depending on how well you drive, M6 or A4?

yep I would think your car is capable of pulling a 13.3 since you have the LS6 intake.

Remember to leave it overdrive after the burn out. Let it shift it self.

Dude, if my car did that...I'd take it back to the dealership and demand a refund!

BTW - Don't go to the track the first time with certain expectations. There are many variables that will affect your run (like altitude, weather, traction, your ability, etc.). Get a few runs in, learn how the car reacts, pick out a few areas for you to work on (launching, reaction time, etc.) and get comfortable with the whole process. Then, you'll know where your car is running and can improve on it from there. If you want a baseline, talk to a few locals. But keep in mind, every car is different (mods, weight, driver ability, etc.) and a car's best time is usually on a cool, clear day.

So you run your car in overdrive and not simply drive?

Try both. Some cars shift better in D vs. OD, and some cars don't. If you make a couple of runs with D and OD, compare the slips with similar 60-foot times and you'll know what works best for you. If it kisses off of the rev limiter in D, then OD will most likely be the better option.

wow, give him the benefit of the doubt for an all out best run, perfect weather, driver, etc. can you run those times, sure by all means. however, to bring you back to earth from cloud nine, I would say 13.6-13.9, your reaction time and 60' time are the most important. if this is your first time out, i'm sure your first couple of runs will have you sleeping at the tree. practice makes perfect so don't be disappointed if you don't hit a 13.3 your first time out. go run and post back up your results...

Just to make sure there's no confusion....the reaction time has nothing to do with your E.T. or MPH. It only shows you how long it took you to break out of the beams at the line once you were officially allowed to go. It can also mean the difference of winning or losing to the guy next to you. But, it won't affect the time or speed posted on the board at the end of the run.

I didnt mean that is what he would run.....I was stating what I thought the CAR was capable of. I have no clue what expirience level he is at so I was simply telling him what I thought his car was capable of running. Sorry about the confusion.

Nice run. I have about 20 days until the local track opens up . I can't wait.
