    Wheel weights

I hate the look of wheel weights on the outside of the rims to keep the tire balanced. And most of the time they fly off.

    What other options are there?

Most performance shops can balance a wheel with the weights on the inside only. It depends on the quality of the rims sometimes, but they can almost always get it.

Cannot imagine you guys are not familiar with
them... but we have self adhesive, square weights
which can go on the innermost rim or in the middle
near the back of the spokes.

    Flat and pretty unobtrusive.
I also hate the clip on outer rim weights!

^^ This. I prefer these over the weights that you beat on with a hammer. Most shops have them these days.

Agree with the above posts, I always make sure the tire shop uses adhesive type wheel weights on my wheels

Sticky weights! Every shop should have them, on some rims you can't use the regular weights and need the sticky weights.

Yep. Tape weights are the way to go when you don't want the clip-on weights on the outside.
